Father jailed for assaulting teenager at birthday party
A 25-year-old Brisbane father of three has been jailed for bashing a teenager at a family birthday party.
In December 2003, Leslie Joseph Seeto was at his sister's birthday celebrations when he confronted an 18-year-old man and wrongly accused him of stealing his sister's purse.

Judge Nick Samios said the attack was "unjustified" and jailed the man for 18 months, suspended after six months.
