Pop-up Passport Desk Canberra
We still have appointments available for our Pop-up Passport desk in Canberra on 6 September 2023.
You can book your appointment by sending an email to syd-nat@minbuza.nl with the following information:
- Full name of all individual applicants/family members
- Date of birth of the applicant(s)
- Phone number
- Email address
Please note that we charge an additional service fee of €23.60 for consular pop-up desks, to be paid together with the applicable consular fees, in Australian dollars. You can find our consular fees here: https://www.netherlandsworldwide.nl/consular-fees/australia
If you need an NL passport or ID card prior to our visit, kindly book an (online) appointment at the Netherlands Consulate-General in Sydney or the offices of our external service provider VFS Global in Perth or Melbourne, where you can apply all year round.
Finally, please keep in mind that our consular team is travelling from Sydney and therefore, last-minute changes/cancellations due to unforeseen events, weather conditions and travel restrictions, may occur.
The Consulate-General of the Netherlands in Sydney will not accept any liability for appointments cancelled due to events out of our control.
