Precies, de duitse abassade is er voor Nederlanders die naar Australie willen. Dus daar meot je zijn voor je vragen en aanvragenvan je visum.

Dat lijkt mij toch ook wel. Niet dat een immi bureau het ook niet zou kunnen doen. Maar die halen dit soort info toch ook van een ambassade lijkt mij..

Dit is wat ik terug kreeg van mijn emigratie agent. Hoop dat dit in ieder geval de 3 year ban opklaard.

I have just spoken to xxxxx and advised that although you will have a 3 year ban imposed (due to working) this will not affect the application for a ‘conditional temporary visa’ which includes prospective marriage. I have confirmed this with the Immigration Advice & Rights Centre in Sydney.
