mijn vraag is eigenlijk heel simpel, maar misschien heeft niemand daar tot nog toe enig zicht op.
Wat als je al State Sponsorship in handen hebt, en je beroep staat achteraf niet meer op het State Migration Program, is dat SS dan voor nix, heb je je verworven voorrang dan ineens niet meer? Hoe zit het dan? Heb de vraag al in een vragenlijst aan ons emigratiekantoor gesteld, maar deze kwestie lieten ze links liggen.Dan zal je zoals iedereen te horen gekregen heeft in die situatie, toch niet moeten wachten tot 2013 alvorens...
dit zal velen onder jullie wellicht ook parten spelen, de onzekerheid blijft steeds voortduren en alles wb the elections blijkbaar ook !

Q15: I have been nominated by a state or territory government but my occupation is not listed on a
State Migration Plan. What level of priority processing will my application receive?

If your nominated occupation is not on your state or territory’s State Migration Plan, your application will be
processed on the basis of your nominated occupation. Applicants who have nominated an occupation that is
included in Schedule 3 of the current SOL are in priority processing group 3. An applicant with a nominated
occupation that is included only in Schedule 1 or Schedule 2 of the current SOL is in priority processing
group 4.
 
Ook wij wachten of ons beroep op de SMP zal komen te staan. Zoniet blijven we zoals nu het geval is op nummer 3 in de prioriteiten lijst.
