Hi Steven, jij vindt ook werkelijk alles zeg, mooi stuk! Het lijkt erop dat dit het advies is wat waarschijnlijk wel betekent dat het grotendeels zal worden overgenomen toch?

Overigens ben ik blij dat wij het nu aan kunnen vragen, op Accountant lijkt het veel moeilijker te worden!

Social worker staat er ook op!!
Maar... aanvraag is al in december ingediend... zal dit dan mogelijk positieve gevolgen hebben? Of staat dat er los van? En als je beroep erop staat en je zou m dan nu pas aan gaan vragen ga je dan voor op de al aangevraagde???

Ik kom alleen geen mental health nurse tegen op de lijst.....

Gelukkig staat er registered nurses, laat ik ervan uitgaan dat ze daar ook mental health verpleegkundigen mee bedoelen ...

Zal het deze week eens navragen bij de ANMC, daar kunnen ze vast meer vertellen!

super dat je dat gevonden hebt. Ik had ook al vanalles geprobeerd om er iets over te vinden, zonder succes.

Ik ga het hele bestand morgen afdrukken en het eens rustig allemaal doorlezen, want ik ben zo iemand die alles op papier moet hebben. Ik lijk geen overzicht te krijgen zo op een scherm.

heb het document even diagonaal gelezen en er staat wel bij :

"the revised skilled occupation list to be used in the general skilled migration programme will be based on these specialised occupations BUT may well differ on the occupations included"

toch wel een belangrijke kanttekening dacht ik zo...
 
Klopt, dat heb ik ook gelezen, het is een advies, geen besluit. Maar goed, een beetje goede hoop krijgen hierdoor, is niet gek, volgens mij. Het ziet er namelijk als een heel degelijk onderzoek uit, echt professioneel, goed onderbouwd. Dat zal niet in z'n geheel aan de kant geschoven worden.

Ik heb het intussen ook aan mijn migration agent doorgestuurd, ben benieuwd wat die ervan zegt...

Dat is nog niet bekend. Ik verwacht dat er andere regels zullen komen.
Ook het huidige punten systeem zal worden aangepast.

Daar zullen we nog even tot 30 April voor moeten wachten.

ik hoop ook dat ik niet te snel heb gejuichd...

toch nog bang afwachten of ze juist mijn beroep mee op de nieuwe SOl zullen zetten, er alleszins kans op
 
Wat ik er uit begrijp is dat het een tijdelijke/basis lijst is.

Mocht je beroep er niet op staat, kan hij alsnog op de lijst staan 30 april.

Als je beroep er wel op staat heb je 99% kans dat het beroep ook op de nieuwe lijst staat 30 April!

Yesssssss :up: , ons beroep (plumber) staat er ook op, eindelijk een beetje positief nieuws. Nu eerst de assesment in juni afwachten en dan snel visum aanvragen. Ik kan niet wachten tot de nieuwe lijst definiteif bekend wordt. Voor iedereen een stukje onzekerheid minder.
