We are pleased to announce that the consular team of the Netherlands consulate-general in Sydney will visit Adelaide on 22, 23 and 24 October 2024.
Appointments are now open. The link to our appointment system can be found under step 3 on our website:

Make sure you choose the category “Passport-ID Card in Adelaide”.
If the appointment calendar gives a database error, please click on the upper right arrow to proceed to the month of November and click on the upper left arrow to return to the previous month.

If you do not succeed in making an online appointment, please immediately email
SYD-APPOINTMENT@minbuza.nl by stating your full contact details and name.
If the appointment system is fully booked, your name will be placed on a waitlist in case we receive cancellations.

@Lamarck, dit vergat ik te melden. Naast het Consulaat-Generaal in Sydney kun je ook altijd terecht bij VFS Global in Perth en in Melbourne, die zijn beide net als Sydney jaarrond open voor afspraken. Ik weet het, dat is allemaal niet om de hoek voor jou, maar als je in de problemen komt is het misschien een noodoplossing?

Dear Dutch citizens in Australia,

Thank you for registering for our Information Service.
We would like to inform you about the planning for pop-up passport desks for the 1st quarter of 2025.

Week 3 (13-17 January) Brisbane
Week 6 (3-7 February) Cairns
Week 10 (3-7 March) Brisbane
Week 14 (31 March- 4 April) Adelaide and Hobart

We usually open up the appointment system 4-6 weeks in advance.
Dutch citizens registered for this information service will automatically receive an email as soon as the appointment system opens.

Dutch citizens in need of a passport can also make an appointment at the consulate-general in Sydney or offices of our external service provider VFS in Perth or Melbourne all year round.
