Toewijzing case officers aan visumaanvragen

Misschien wel...wij hebben rond die tijd ook alles opgestuurd en op 23/8 is de creditcard afgeschreven.

Dit is wat ik tegen kwam

General Skilled Migration - applicants who applied on or before 31 August 2007
If you lodged an application on or before 31 August 2007, your application will be assessed against the requirements in place at that time.

Due to a large increase in visa applications received during August 2007, the department is experiencing delays in its application registration process. Every effort is being made to register applications as quickly as possible but there are currently delays of around 4 weeks for onshore applications and 12 weeks for offshore applications.

DIAC Compliance areas have been informed of these delays.

If you have authorised a credit card payment for your application, please ensure that you maintain sufficient funds in your account to cover your application fee. When your payment is receipted you will be advised immediately by email.

To check how your application is progressing in the queue for receipting, acknowledgment or allocation to a case officer, please send an email to the processing centre.

In tegenstelling tot wat in de email van het ASPC staat vermeld is men nu bij de eerste week van mei 2007 aangekomen met het toewijzen van case officers aan visumaanvragen.

Echt super dat je ons op de hoogte houdt. Wij waren al benieuwd hoever ze waren. Onze aanvraag is 6 juni binnengekomen, dus nog 4/5 weken wachten lijkt me. Spannende tijden.

Wij blijven graag op de hoogte!

Deze week zijn Case Officers toegewezen aan al onze klanten waarvoor wij de visumaanvragen hebben ingediend in juni, juli en augustus 2007.

Zo dat is even een inhaalslag die ze maken... :grin:

Hopelijk geldt hetzelfde voor alle anderen (niet-klanten) die in die maanden het visum hebben aangevraagd...

Wij hebben helaas nog niks gehoord :-(
 
Vanmorgen de aktuele status ontvangen, er zit weer schot in!

As of 12 February the ASPC Admin Section is processing applications as
follows:

Onshore Applications: receipting and acknowledging applications received on
8 February 2008.

Offshore Applications received after 1 September 2007: receipting and acknowledging applications received on 8 February 2008.

Offshore Applications received prior to 1 September 2007:
All applications with a valid payment have now been receipted. The ASPC is acknowledging offshore applications received on 23 August 2007.

Please note that any delay in acknowledging an application does not affect the date on which a valid application is recorded as having been received and does not delay processing of the application.

Once an application has been acknowledged it will be allocated to a case officer for further assessment as soon as possible, however, the ASPC receives a large number of applications and you will not be contacted immediately.

PROCESSING AND ALLOCATION INFORMATION - For the week of 12 February 2008

Applications lodged on or before the dates shown below have been allocated to case officers for further processing.

Onshore Skilled visas (permanent and provisional)

Student/Graduate applications - Class DD and DE visas

Onshore Skilled Independent Regional (Provisional) (SIR) – Class UX visas All applications: all applications are now allocated to case officers

New Zealand Citizen (Residence) - Class DB visas All applications: all applications are now allocated to case officers

Skilled Migration visas - All paper based applications for Class BN, BQ, BR, UX and UZ visas (Subclasses 134, 136, 137, 138, 139, 495 and 496): 28 February 2007

e-lodged Skilled Independent Regional (Provisional) applications: 17 August
2007

General Skilled Migration visas– Class VE, VF,VB and VC visas (subclasses 175, 176, 475, 476, 885, 886, 887, 485 and 487)
E-lodged (on-line) applications: 16 October 2007

Hoef niet eens zo heel nodig een case officer (misschien heb ik die al?), doe mij maar gelijk een visum  :grin:
 
Hallo, wij hebben ons visum online laten aanvragen (175 visa). 23 Oktober dus het zal niet lang meer duren (denk ik) voordat wij een case officer krijgen toegewezen.Weet iemand ongeveer wij aan de beurt zijn? :roll:
 
Nou met een beetje mazzel lopen zo ook nog voor, dus dan zal t voor ons ook niet meer zo heel lang gaan duren voordat ik die man/vrouw lastig kan vallen met onze gedoetjes....(lees uitstel voor medicals ivm zwangerschap, ielts probleem ivm dyslexie etc etc)

Als wij net zo snel als Tampet ons visum krijgen spring ik een gat in de lucht(na 2 jaar) nog even en dan hebben we een case officer. Hopelijk gaat het nu snel.

Hoi Rob,

heb jij ook een inschatting hoe lang het nog duurt voordat je visum rond is nadat je een CO hebt toegewezen?

maw wat is op dit moment de eigenlijke stand (de automatische mail naar aspc lijkt niet zo betrouwbaar)

Als een CO is toegewezen en alle informatie beschikbaar is (dus ook de uitslag van de medicals) dan kan hij meteen een beslissing nemen. Er kunnen ook nog een paar dagen zitten tussen de toewijzing aan de CO en de beslissing, maar erg lang mag het niet duren.

Als het te lang gaat duren dan zou ik er via www.immi.gov.au/contacts/forms/gsm/post.htm even naar vragen.
