Ik heb vandaag weer een hoop Utes met de Australische vlag 🇦🇺 hoog in het vaandel zien rondrijden. Meer dan vorig jaar in ieder geval.
 
Commentaar onder een nieuwsbericht in The Age over een man die naar Sydney, Australia wilde maar in plaats daarvan naar Sidney, Montana USA vloog en daar pas na het uitstappen in de sneeuw achter kwam:

"I guess his elevator doesn’t go all the way to the top floor."

Is dat de city / suburb Sydney vs de city/suburb Melbourne want greater metropolitan area lijkt me nog iets te vroeg? Wel gaaf als het eindelijk de kroon overpakt van Shitney trouwens.

Edit: ik zie dat het metro is, en dat de groei al jaren groter is dan die van Sydney, wie had dat gedacht.
