Oh a compliment :-D thanks. I'm still not very good at accepting them.
I finally filled out my visa application (online) so now it's time to get
appointments with the panel doctors for xrays and the medical, and
contact a container company and get the rest of the final details arranged.
It seems like so much!
But first one week in Germany with my parents (no internet). Which is
also going to be so strange. Like first going back into the past before
going to the future. :-o
So yeah, only 5 more weeks to go and it's Wagga-time, mate!

@Annemarie Way to go, hope you enjoy your week with your family. And that compiment thing: I know, I always used to answer a compliment with an apology like: O, it isn't that special or someone else is better in doing this or that, but nowadays I just say THANKS!!! Which is the correct way to answer :-D :-D :-D :-D.

Disd you mean pies like in pastry (Pasteitjes) or did you mean peas, like in vegetables? I like both. A good steak pie (steak and kidney for instance) but then I like the little peas the best. They've got a better taste than the bigger peas.
Our Instant dinner was an instant success. The predicted instant indigestion stayed away! :lol: Except fot the instant wine (just add water) wasn't a big success. Our dehydrated peanuts were nice though.
Now we've got our instant left-over for dinner tonight.

Disd you mean pies like in pastry (Pasteitjes) or did you mean peas, like in vegetables? I like both. A good steak pie (steak and kidney for instance) but then I like the little peas the best. They've got a better taste than the bigger peas.

We had a quit X-mas, just with the three of us. Today we visited my in laws, just for a cuppa and Joe and I went to my mum just for a chit chat. Bonny decided to go and have a drink with one of his mates. So, nothing fancy, but nice and quit.
No instant dinner for us tonight, I had breadrolls with cheese and Joe had french toast made in a Spongebob toaster (don't know if you know this cartoon about a yellow sponge that lives on the bottom of the sea in an orange pineapple, his best friend is Patrick a pink starfish and his grumpy neighbour is Octo, yes an octopus). Now we are watching Nickelodeon on TV.
We have this week off (or was this one with one f, I just can't get it :-o).

Maar toch;
Dat probleem heb ik nu wel eens vaker. Dan springen de toetsen van mijn toetsenbord opeens naar een andere positie, en dan druk ik natuurlijk op de verkeerde. Of sommige hebben een overeenkomst getekend, dat, als ik een toets gebruik, dan die andere toets uit sympatieke overwegingen spontaan besluit om mee te doen.
Het kan natuurlijk ook komen van de pre-dinner apperatief!! :rotflmao:
Een andere mogelijk zou kunnen zijn dat ik of een toetsenbord nodig heb met grotere letters (toetsen) of een leesbril!

Even snel nog even een update. Helaas kan ik (Bonny is al geweest) niet meer in Februari voor mijn IELTS, dus wordt dat 11 maart, maar dan....ja dan.....kan eindelijk de aanvraag op de post. :cheer:
Het voordeel is wel dat we daarvoor op (na 2 jaar zonder vakantie te zijn geweest) naar Floridalane: :beach: gaan en ik mijn Engels nog even lekker kan oefenen, nooit weg .
We gaan lekker commercieel naar Seaworld, Disneyworld, Kennedy Space Center, Nascar racen (ja je bent er dan toch). Pfffffff, wat het hebben van een kind :-D al niet met je doet dat je naar Disneyworld etc. gaat, maar we hebben er zin in. Het wordt voor Joe z'n eerste keer vliegen, dus ben benieuwd.

We gaan half februari en maken natuurlijk foto's, en m'n videocamera (ja wat je tegenwoordig al niet krijgt bij een telefoonabonement :-D :call: gaat ook mee. Dan kan ik daar ook weer eens mee oefenen. O ja, we willen eigenlijk ook 'the Gators' nog wel zien, uiteindelijk lijken die wel wat op de Salties nietwaar . I can't help it, Australië komt toch altijd ergens weer om de hoek kijken :wink: .
We gaan dus duidelijk niet voor de mensen of cultuur :-D, maar echt voor een snelle check van alles wat voor ons leuk kan zijn. Het stomme is dat de echte reden was dat Bonny er al jaren over zat te denken om een keer naar Nascar racen te gaan. En omdat de prijzen voor een vliegvakantie in Europa ook niet van de goedkoopste zijn dachten we, we slaan een jaar over en pakken deze kans.
Ik bedoel, éénmaal naar Australië zullen we dit voorlopig niet meer kunnen doen, dan hebben we ZEE MONNIEEE wel ergens anders voor nodig.

Ik zeg niet voor niets dat we voor niet voor de mensen gaan (uitzonderingen daargelaten). De amerikaanse mentaliteit spreekt ons allebei niet aan. Ja.....DUH.....waarom dan wel naar de VS?
Eigenlijk voor maar één ding, 1x echt zelf Nascar zien, met onze eigen oogjes. Èn als je er toch bent, dan maar gelijk een rondje attractie/pretpark nietwaar. Onze Joe zal het in ieder geval super vinden, één groot feest.
