Dat de wijzigingen die ze per 01-01-2009 doorvoeren voor de aanvragen gelden vanaf 01-01-2008.
Maar dan wel als er nog geen CO is toegewezen.

Ik denk dat daar 01-01-2008 moet staan, een foutje van hun kant.
Anders klopt het hele antwoord niet.
Ik heb ze maandag gebeld, en toen zeiden ze dat het vanaf 01-01-2008 is.
Maar ik weet nu ook niet meer wat waar is.
Ik heb ze diverse malen aan de telefoon gehad, en elke keer kreeg ik een ander antwoord.
Ze weten het zelf soms ook niet.
Sorry leuker kan ik het niet maken.

Eindelijk iets concreets voor ons.

We hopen natuurlijk dat we nog iets eerder dan 13 feb iets horen, maar het eind is in zicht.

1. Applications with a successful State & Territory Nomination (until

Skills List (until all applications have been allocated); then
3. Applications where the nominated occupation is on the Migration
Occupations in Demand List (until all applications have been allocated); then
4. All other remaining applications
This affects all applications lodged before and after 1 January 2009, both paper lodged or electronically lodged. Applications which were already allocated to case officers before 1 January 2009 are un-affected and will be processed as usual to finalisation.
Applications are now being allocated as follows:

Visum aanvraag is 21 januari goedgekeurd.
Documenten zijn onderweg, dus we kunnen gaan pakken.
Ons vliegticket staat op 1 april, en dat is gelukkig geen grap.
