ok, volgend antwoord gekregen van AITSL :

Applicants may use more than one qualification to meet the requirements of this assessment.
AITSL utilises guidelines published by AEI-NOOSR in the assessment process to determine comparability of overseas qualifications to the Australian Qualifications Framework. The guidelines assess for academic comparability only, they do not assess to determine the duration of a program.
AITSL determines whether the content and duration of a particular program meets the assessment criteria based on the documents submitted with an application. In general one academic year of study from a country would be regarded as comparable to one academic year of study in Australia.
Any application submitted to AITSL's office will be assessed against the criteria in place at the time the application is received.

Voor diegen die een beetje gevolgd hebben, dikt is toch weer een ander antwoord dan vorige keer toch?
Ik heb nu een mail teruggestuurd met volgende vraag :
Dear Ms. Dodd,
If I understand it correctly I can send in my skills assessment application and it will be assessed to see if it is found comparable to 4 years.
