Please ensure to attend the correct facility at which your appointment was made.
Diagnostic Imaging will send your X-Ray report th Health Services Australia (HSA)
Collect X-Ray results from HSA and provide to the DIMIA
Fee: $100.00 (Including digital photo - $79,00 if photo supplied) payable to HSA on
collection for X-Ray.
For medical Examination:
Make your medical appointment On-Line - Log into www.healthoz.com.au (you will need an accepted credit card and a valid email adress.)
Alternatively phone HSA on 07 3307 9440 to make an appointment. The examination will be carried out at Floor 7, 340 Adelaide Street, Brisbane.
(Do NOT go to your private doctor for medical examination)
